NATI - neps and trash indicator

NATI is the only instrument presently available on the market measuring and classifying Neps and Trash content in samples of large size. NATI is the only Nep tester for which no manual preparation of the sample is required thus ensuring total reliability of results (it is known that the abilty of the operator can lead to 25%-50% variation in the results). Transportable and fast (in testing large size samples (it takes less than 2 mins to test 2g sliver),NATI makes daily control of carding department feasable thus enabling a better quality of carding operation and a better planning of card maintenance. NATI does not require any particul skill to be used hence it can be operated by any worker assigned to the carding process. In case of raw cotton, the employ of optional "Raw Cotton Selector "code 3282 enables to prepare 2-2,5g sample in a short time and it also eliminates the influence of operator ability on the results. NATI is the compact version of the top model NATI WITH BLOWER code 3280A (please refer to the relative product card for more details). The fibre waste box can allocates 2,5-3mt of sliver and the motor is equipped with brushes. Due to the compact size it is recommendend in case small spinning mills for which very few hundred hours/year of test can be foreseen or in case frequent transportation from one plant to a far away site is required.

By means of an opto-electrical system Neps and Trash are measured and classified in three classes according to their size (0,50mm;0,70mm;1mm for Neps and 0,25mm e 0,50mm for Trash.Specifically designed to be fast, reliable and easily transportable to the production floor for continuous testing and assessment of Neps and Trash at different process stages. Available in the versions for the connection to the printer or to the PC.
