SPECIFICATIONS

R.C.S. enables preparation of homogenous sample web for Neps counting in raw cotton by means of NATI (code 3280A and code 3280) or for other analysis such us for instance cotton stickiness measurement. The material fed into R.C.S. is opened into parallel fibres without altering Neps content. R.C.S eliminates the influence of the operator on the quality of sample preparation and the subsequent difference in the results of the analysis. Sample weight is 2-2,5g. The drum has a diameter of 20cm and a rotation speed of200turns/min. R.C.S.is equipped with s accident-prevention shield which cannot be opened up until drum rotation is over.

DESCRIPTION

By means of a rotating carding drum it opens the feeding material in parallel fibres (usually raw cotton) forming a homogenous sample web.
