SPECIFICATIONS
Adjustable clamps' distance from 1 to 50 cm (1-20 inches).
Electronic counting and digital display of the twists. Start and Stop test with "0" optical signal control. Twist reading accuracy: +/- 1 turn. Device for the setting or the maximum elongation and the desired pretension. Equipped with two serial ports, for the connection to the PC (software and cable included) and to the printer (optional). Pretension system with pulleys with 9-wights kit, up to 70 cN. Adjustable clamp speed, up to 2000 rpm. Testing capacity: yarn counts from Nm 0,5 a
to 200.
Accessories included: magnifying lens, fixed calliper, pretension weights, bobbin holder, software+cable.
DESCRIPTION
Electronic Twist Tester to determine twist of single, twisted (S&Z) and Open End yarns. Three methods available: traditional method (untwisting, retwsiting of single yarns), direct method (untwisting for plied yarns, threads and multi-filaments) and "Schutz" method (untwisting, retwisting and double counter-check for OE).
