SPECIFICATIONS
FISHERMANS knotter specially developed to knot pure silk yarns with a minimal tail length (approx.3mm). Built in accordance with highest manufacturing standards and made of top quality materials, MESDAN knotters are robust and very precise mechanism ensuring high accuracy of knot formation and equality of tail length. The special clamping system mounted on this knotter ensures correct introduction and tensioning of the yarn. The exclusive UNIRAPID mechanism enables simoultaneous knotting and ejection of the yarn. Due to the relative fine denier of silk and the care necessary to handle it, the fixed position of the knotter on the machine is indispensable. Special fixing brackets are available on request.
