JOINTAIR for Savio ORION automatic winder

Automatic air splicer replacing Jointair 590L with state of art performances. Specifically designed to join single cotton yarns, blends and elastomeric core yarns wrapped with staple of cotton; long staple yarns of wool and synthetic/ man-made single and plied; elastomeric core yarns with staple of wool. As alternative to Aquasplicer 4924E it can also splice compact cotton yarns (fine counts) with good results. All setting parameters are set at the winder computer. It is also possible to store the setting data of specific yarns in the winder computer thus speeding up the machine set up for a new yarn.
