PRODUCTIVE ABILITIES

Production
MESDAN is responsible for the manufacture of all the most imprtant components of its devices and even develops and manufactures some of the actual production equipment. The company utilises the most modern machinery and technologies which guarantee the highest quality and production efficiency.
It also takes advantage of outsourcing for the production of basic components, of electrical components and for the superficial treatment of the various metals.

Production planning and the use of outsourcing are controlled by a planning centre which guarantees high flexibility of production and conformity to the high standards for which MESDAN is renowned worldwide.

Warehousing
In a 1000 Mq. surface, our warehouse stocks more than 15.000 parts and components which are stored in compact places and which can easily be reached by means of moveable structures and "easy search" systems.
The warehouse is connected by a computer network to the production, the export department and to the administrative office in order to optimize production management and to maintain a minimum preparation time for all orders.

Computer system
An internal EDP centre runs an intranet which connects all MESDAN employees and coordinates all the various company functions such as administrative, commercial and production activities. The intranet optimizes MESDAN management and also improves customer services.

Export department
A team of five area sales managers and assistants follow the direct sale of our products to customers or distributors and help the local agents when required in their commercial activities.
The export department also takes charge of the company's presence at all National and International Exhibitions in addition to coordinating customer service provided by the internal assistance and by local technicians.
